Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Ops Manager for a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities :

Translate direction into clear, actionable priorities

Manage and update tools including SharePoint, dashboards, and trackers

Prepare executive summaries and status updates for leadership

Required Qualifications :

Experience in operations, project management, or similar roles (preferred : Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharma)

Hands-on experience with SharePoint and project management tools

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational work

Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environments with multiple competing priorities
