POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring a caring and empathetic Resident Assistant (Caregiver) for our premier retirement community, Nikkei Senior Gardens to support our memory care residents.

Nikkei Senior Gardens, located in Arleta, celebrates Japanese-American culture by offering a blend of Japanese and American traditions, cuisine, and activities that cater to the cultural needs of our residents. This makes us unique in our approach to senior living for Japanese Americans.

Our Resident Assistants play a critical role in their community. You will provide compassionate and personalized direct care to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This care will promote independence, maintain their privacy, and respect their dignity. Our RAs work in a team setting to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents.

Schedule :

6 : 00am-2 : 15pm Sunday & Monday

2 : 00pm-10 : 15pm Thursday & Friday
