Canon Financial Services in Mount Laurel, NJ is currently seeking a Documentation Administrator I (Administrator, Documentn I). We are seeking a Documentation Administrator with a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to support our partners in their financing opportunities.

Documentation Administrators audits transactions to uphold Canon Financial Services' risk policies and procedures and confirms adherence to established pricing and program guidelines, while ensuring timely funding to our dealers and vendors.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Your Impact

• Review, analyze, and process financial contracts and supporting documentation within established authority level
• Ability to evaluate transactions pursuant to the Canon Financial Services operational guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures
• Maintain exceptional service levels throughout the funding process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of all transactions
• Develop expertise in CFS systems (Nexus, Odessa, Unified Desktop, Salesforce) to ensure precise input of all key data points of a transaction to commence accurate customer invoicing
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with inside and outside sales teams
• Ability to think outside the box and be resourceful in reaching resolutions
• Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to articulate problems, solutions and resolutions with all customers and all levels of the organization
• Process account adjustments post-booking to modify existing contracts

We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role : $18.16 - 24.93 hourly
