$80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Truck Allowance + Healthcare + PTO

Excellent opportunity for a working Foreman or Superintendent to join a leading concrete contractor, providing the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality and transformative projects in Kansas City.

This is for a highly reputable contractor in the state of Missouri. As a trusted partner to commercial and residential clients alike, they have an exciting pipeline of work and are looking for another Superintendent to join their commercial operation and contribute to their strategic growth.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most critical infrastructure projects in the region. The high quality field operation is fundamental to managing the company through the pipeline of projects and their next stages of development.

This role would ideally suit a Foreman or Superintendent who has experience working on concrete projects valued up to $3m.

The Role

• Run commercial crews; adhere to project schedules, read plans and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensure project safety and uphold company standards.
• $80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance + Health Insurances + PTO
