**Responsibilities:**
- Build relationships and create lifelong customers by assisting them in selecting a vehicle.
- Be the vehicle expert: understand the details of our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a sales environment.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your best self and a positive attitude every day.
**Qualifications:**
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Eager to learn the ins and outs of new products.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
