Hybrid Remote | 2 weeks onsite per month in Westlake, TX

We are looking to source multiple Scrum Masters for our financial client.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay : $55 - $60 / hr W2

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

Enable effective performance of the team

Track overall progress on project execution

Report project-related metrics and status updates to stakeholders at regular intervals

Manage dependencies and risks across teams

Remove project impediments

Coordinate release management

Ensure overall governance of the team

Manage project processes effectively

Job Location : Onsite hybrid two weeks a month

Additional Requirements :

Experience in building enterprise digital capabilities

Familiarity with enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives

Education Requirements :

Required Certifications / Education :

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
