Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the company’s HR technology ecosystem. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for HR data management, reporting, system configuration, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting HR systems in a manufacturing or food production environment and a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s HRIS (Workday, ADP, or UKG).
Maintain system data integrity, configure workflows, and manage user access.
Partner with HR and IT to implement system updates, modules, and enhancements.
Data Management & Reporting
Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to support HR, Finance, and Operations.
Monitor data accuracy and perform regular audits to ensure compliance and reliability.
Analyze workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, attendance, labor costs) and present insights to leadership.
Process Improvement & Support
Identify and streamline manual HR processes through automation and technology solutions.
Assist with HR projects such as system integrations, process documentation, and training.
Provide end-user training and technical support to HR team members and plant managers.
Compliance & Security
Ensure data compliance with state and federal labor laws, as well as internal policies.
Support audits and data requests related to EEO, ACA, and other HR compliance programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of HRIS experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong technical skills with HR systems (Workday, ADP, Ceridian, or UKG).
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across functions.
Pay Range : $38 - $55 per hour based on experience
Pay Details : $38.00 to $55.00 per hour
