Basic Salary : 45K – 60K (negotiable) +

They are now looking to hire their first dedicated Partner Recruiter to take ownership of growing their fee-share / consultant partner model.

The Role

• Lead the recruitment of self-employed / consultant lawyers into the firm.
• Build and manage a consistent, proactive talent pipeline.
• Represent the firm professionally in conversations with senior lawyers.
• Shape the partner recruitment process and strategy from day one.
• Opportunity to grow and lead this function as the practice scales.
