Title Processor / Receptionist

Salary Range : $40,000-$50,000 annually, based on experience
We are a well-established and highly successful title company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Processor / Receptionist to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with long-term stability, growth potential, and a supportive work environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients while also supporting the title processing team with administrative and file-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, agents, lenders, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Open and maintain title files from start to finish
- Order title searches, payoffs, and related documentation
- Assist with reviewing title commitments, legal descriptions, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal staff, lenders, real estate agents, and vendors
- Track file progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare documents for closings and post-closing as needed
- Perform general front-desk and administrative duties including scanning, filing, and data entry
Qualifications
Prior experience in a title company, escrow office, or real estate-related role preferredExperience as a title processor, title assistant, or receptionist in a real estate setting is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office and title software systemsProfessional appearance and demeanor
