What You'll Do

As a Final Docs Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the post-closing process, ensuring all critical mortgage documents are received, reviewed, and delivered accurately and on time. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Mail Processing : Open and prepare incoming mail for document scanning.
• Scanning : Digitize and organize loan documents for secure storage and processing.
• Document Review : Verify accuracy of original recorded mortgages and final title policies, ensuring all required information is present and correct.
• Shipping : Package and ship finalized documents to investors.
• Reporting : Manage and maintain reports received from investors.
• Inbox Management : Monitor and respond to communications in the final docs email inbox.
• Portal Management : Upload required documents to investor portals.
• Correspondence : Communicate with settlement agents and investors via phone and email to follow up on the status of documents and resolve outstanding items.
