Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management
Experience in a scaled or digital success model utilizing automation and data insights
Strong operational mindset for designing and optimizing systems and workflows
Ability to autonomously manage customer portfolios and drive outcomes
