At Vance Misuraca Orthodontics, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and building lasting relationships with our patients. Responsibilities :
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including the placement and removal of brackets, bands, and wires
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, orthodontic care, and post treatment care to ensure optimal results
- Take dental impressions, x-rays, intraoral and extraoral photos, and digital scans for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment areas, and workspaces according to compliance regulations
- Perform lab tasks, including pouring and trimming models, and fabricating retainers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
