Family Practice - Without OB Physician

CenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a primary care physician for our clinic in McAllen, Texas. You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach. A day in the life of a CenterWell physician Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm; no weekends, and 8 paid holidays off Join an experienced team with an established patient panel See 12-15 patients per day . Opportunity to spend more time with patients Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes) Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board certified or Board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain) Current, unrestricted DEA license Benefits : 401(k) matching Dental, vision, and health insurance Flexible spending account Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Total compensation package (base pay bonus) could exceed $300K depending on experience and location .
