What You'll Do

• Commission & Maintain Geared Centrifugal Blowers : Perform on-site installation, routine maintenance, and repairs of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro : Identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and controls system issues, ensuring smooth operations with timely solutions.
• Train Customers : Provide hands-on training to clients and end-users on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting, building their confidence and competence.
• Document with Precision : Complete detailed service reports for every job, ensuring accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions to support compliance and continuous improvement.
• Follow Leadership : Perform all tasks as assigned by the Field Service Manager, meeting project goals with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate & Report : Work closely with engineering and production teams to implement improvements, updates, and retrofits, while documenting service activities with clear, detailed reports.
• Travel with Purpose : Hit the road to customer sites across USA & Canada, representing Inovair with professionalism and expertise.
