Pay Information

$200 to $210 per hour

About The Position

Are you a skilled and confident CRNA seeking a high-volume, hospital-based practice with a wide range of procedures? A respected 180-bed facility in Michigan is looking for locum tenens coverage for 8 or 10-hour shifts , with a collaborative and experienced anesthesia care team.

🔍 Opportunity Highlights :

Setting : Hospital-based; 11 ORs

Surgical Case Mix : General, Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neuro, ENT (limited peds), Urology, Ortho, Robotics, Colo-Rectal, Plastic, Podiatry

Out-of-OR Coverage : OB, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT / MRI), Non-Invasive Cardiology

Documentation : Paper charting (EPIC implementation expected in June 2026)

Supervision Ratio : 1 MDA to 4 CRNAs

Average Cases / Day : ~35

Trauma Level : III

Annual ER Volume : ~80

Support : RNs and scrub techs

Schedule : 8- or 10-hour day shifts

🛠️ Clinical Responsibilities :

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans

Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia

Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively and post-operatively

Perform general surgical, OB, and neuro cases

Procedures may include : arterial lines, IV insertions, and floor intubations

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required

Active MI License – Required

Clean Malpractice & Background – Required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS – Required | PALS – Preferred

Graduation from Accredited CRNA Program – Required

Open to New Grads – Yes

Credentialing Timeframe : ~60 days (Temps available)
