Are you an ambitious Construction Manager looking to step into leadership and shape a growing renewable energy division?

This company is a well-established renewable energy specialist, designing and installing solar power systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. Having grown significantly in recent years, they are now looking for a leader to help drive that growth.

On offer is a role where you’ll have autonomy to mould the department, grow your own team, and influence the company’s strategic direction. You’ll work closely with senior directors, oversee multiple projects, being instrumental in developing future Project Managers and Superintendents as the division scales.

This role would suit a motivated, hands-on professional with experience in construction who wants to progress into management and help shape the future of a growing renewable energy business.

The Role :

• Oversee and manage multiple renewable construction projects from pre-construction through QA / QC and site safety
• Lead procurement, inventory management, and quality control across project sites
• Progress into senior management with structured training and leadership development
