Position : Associate -Production Operations

Reports to : Production Operations

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Type : Non-Exempt FT / PT

Summary : The position requires enthusiasm for floral arrangements, decorating, and creative display. This position will be able to follow written and verbal instructions to complete the assembly of Stein’s designed floral projects. Associates must be team players, enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Personally assist in developing a culture that understands, demonstrates, and is passionate about the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
• Ability to visualize ideas for floral decorations and home décor displays.
• Develop and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Assist the management team in the implementation of merchandising and operational procedures.
• Assist the management team in ensuring accurate product inventory including appropriate on-hand counts and use of kitting components.
• Ensure appropriate supply stock levels, final product quality, and packaging.
• Stock and rotate products and supplies according to the company’s direction.
• Ability to be cross-trained on different functions within the production environment.
• Clean and maintain areas of the production environment according to company policy.
• Participate in learning and development activities such as meetings, product knowledge meetings, and 1-on-1 interactions.
• Follow management direction in completing other duties as required.
