Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Location : Cape Cod, MA
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, with weekend rotation 1x per 4 weeks
Sign-On Bonus : $7,500

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes
- Manage a steady caseload of approximately 5–6 visits per day (25–28 per week)
- Perform patient admissions and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver care focused on orthopedic recovery, wound care, palliative care, and post-discharge support
- Document care in real time using EPIC
- Collaborate closely with an intake and support team to ensure safety and quality

Current RN license in MassachusettsBLS certification requiredMinimum of 6–12 months of RN experience; home health preferred, but acute care, long-term care, or clinic experience also consideredStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable with real-time documentationOrientation & Training
New nurses are paired with an experienced educator for up to two weeks of onboarding to ensure confidence and success in the role.
