Assembler 1st shiftOTTO's opportunity : OurAssembler 1st shift will provide a variety of manufacturing duties.Specifically, the Assembler 1st shift will : Able to assemble a limited variety of parts involving few detailsRequired to use light bench equipment, simple hand and power tools and assembly / test fixturesAble to perform simple adjustmentsCapable of interpreting routers, bill of materials, and portions of blueprints to build easy to medium assembliesAssist with other related duties as required or assignedWhat you'll need to bring to the table : No previous experienceAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.Basic communication skillsRequires ability to differentiate between colors on certain jobs in this classificationBona Fide Occupational Qualification : Visual acuity test and color vision screening will be performed after offer / acceptance of position. Hiring is contingent upon a passing score of 20 / 25 (in both eyes) and passing of the color screenWhat OTTO offers for this specific position : Hourly rate : $15.25 per hourProfit Sharing Bonus - OTTO believes that it's fair to share the profits that the employees help to make; profit sharing is distributed to employees twice a year.
