Job Title : Avionics Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician with experience in cable lay-ins, terminations, crimping, pinning, and soldering. The ideal candidate will be capable of assembling, modifying, and installing wire bundles, conductors, and other electrical components. You will need to document work performed, control equipment status tags, log critical information during installation, and verify parts requests. The role requires reading and interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions. You must be proficient with a variety of manual hand tools and specialized aircraft test equipment, and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Work Environment
You will work on the final assembly helicopter line or flight operations, with shifts available from 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM. The role offers a dynamic environment with the opportunity to work on industry-leading aircraft technology.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00 / hr.
