Director Of Emergency Services

Position Summary : Responsible for the implementation, and oversight of FSRI's emergency services programming for FSRI's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and the agency as a whole. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care, creates a trauma-informed, team environment to deliver high quality services that follow CCBHC, DCYF, and BHDDH guidelines. Provides supervision to clinical supervisors and staff of programs including Adult and Children's Crisis (including MRSS) and well as agency-wide Emergency Response System. Collaborates with community partners to provide crisis services to other entities. Maintains and collects data around service utilization to share with funding sources, leadership team and other stakeholders. The Director may act as the agency's "expert" on crisis intervention and provide consultation and support to both internal programs, as well as community partners, as needed.
