What You’ll Be Working On
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers and occasionally conducting tele‑health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborating with in‑office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles
- Utilizing clinical training to perform in‑office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Education, Licenses, and Experience Required
Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics residency programPracticed at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary‑care setting seeing all ages (0+)Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics, or board‑eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year of start dateState licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before start dateProvider Qualities

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range : $244,000 to $260,000 per year. Total compensation may include restricted stock unit grants, benefits, and additional factors unique to candidates.
