Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled LPN with experience in long-term care to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a LTC setting. This 13-week contract involves performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, and other assigned duties. The LPN will communicate pertinent information to MDs / NPs and assist with patient admissions and discharges.
