Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Pay Rate : Up to $105K DOE

Location : Chandler, AZ area

Travel :  25%

Position Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Quick response to customer requests. emergency services and 24x7 "On Call" support.
• Scheduling services calls with customers.
• Equipment on-site commissioning, installation and qualification, testing, maintenance, trouble shooting and calibration services.
• Work under strict occupational safety and health standards (OSHA, NPFA).
• Assist maintaining organization of materials, customer spare / repair parts, equipment builds.
• Identifying tools and resources necessary for completion of tasks.
• Training customers in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Telephone, email and in-person technical support.
• Create clear, concise, and complete commissioning procedures & troubleshooting documentation.
• Writing / editing templates, operating procedures and manuals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, support and services, product management, manufacturing and marketing or sales.
