Cloud Security PM

Join a high-performing technology team within a major energy enterprise to drive a critical, large-scale cloud transformation initiative. This temporary, hands-on Project Manager role will be embedded within the Security and Compliance department, focusing on securing foundational cloud capabilities and delivering quick-win projects. We are looking for a highly capable leader who can manage complex technical projects and ensure strict adherence to security and regulatory standards from initiation through implementation. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the security posture of a complex enterprise cloud environment.Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and reporting for technical projects focused on cloud security and compliance, managing scope, resources, and budget.

Coordinate multiple cross-functional IT groups, vendors, and business stakeholders, acting as a liaison to ensure technical solutions meet operational needs.

Develop, monitor, and adjust detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating dependencies, risks, and resource conflicts.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience in the IT Security & Compliance field.

Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including IAM, network security, and data protection in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Demonstrated proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.

Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from initiation to close-out within a large enterprise setting.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for all levels of an organization.
