• Minimum of 2 years current experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTACH)\n
• Active Registered Nurse licensure in KY or compact license\n
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required\n
• Skilled in Medical-Surgical and ICU nursing care\n
• Experience with Meditech Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system preferred\n
• Ability to provide care in a 1 : 4 nurse-to-patient ratio\n\nSchedule and Hours : \n
• Flexible 36 / 48-hour shifts across two-week pay periods\n
• Orientation offered bi-weekly, with start date aligned to readiness\n\nResponsibilities : \n
