• Mix of 12-hour shifts and 24-hour weekend call coverage
• 20 - 30 patients per day weekend call averages 70 cases per day
• Coverage needed at multiple hospital facilities
• 50% geriatric and 50% adult patient mix
• Experience with robotic and laparoscopic urologic surgery preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
