Contract Recruiter
Location : Shreveport, LA
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $30 - $35 / hour (based on experience)
Duration : 2 Months
We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to support our hiring efforts in Shreveport. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone with recruiting or HR experience—bonus points if you've worked in the medical field!
What You'll Be Doing :
- Prescreening candidates to ensure they're a great fit
- Sourcing resumes and actively searching for qualified talent
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Keeping things organized and moving smoothly throughout the hiring process
