EDM Machinist, Programmer and Technical Team Leader (Electric Discharge Machining)

A leading precision engineering company located in Southwest Ohio, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EDM Machinist to join the team, and to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities will include :

• Set-up, program, and operate Sinker & Wire EDM machines to produce precision parts, with complex geometries and tight tolerances, particularly in the fields of aerospace, energy and defense.
• Lead and mentor teammates in a fast paced, precision critical environment, overseeing daily operations and ensuring productivity goals are met.
• Ensure the flawless execution of components with tight tolerances and complex geometries.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, safety, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Mentor junior teammates and promote continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of zero-defect quality, traceability, and continuous improvement.
