Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record across the product lifecycle. Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in complex, cross-functional, or global organizations. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in warehouse automation, supply chain technology, or automated storage and retrieval systems. Prior experience mentoring or coaching other product managers.
Senior Product Manager
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a core technology portfolio within supply chain and warehouse automation. This is a high-impact role where you will guide product strategy, oversee the full lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle : discovery, planning, launch, adoption, and phase-out.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
- Develop customer and market insights to drive product decisions.
- Establish success metrics and track adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.
- Mentor product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
- Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders.
