Key Responsibilities

Support and enhance existing HRSD / EC Pro implementation

Manage and expand applications related to SPM, ITOM, and ITAM

Provide operational and support services for ongoing projects

Required Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow HRSD / EC Pro

Familiarity with SPM, ITOM, and ITAM applications

Proven track record in IT support and enhancement projects

Ability to work in a fully remote environment

Contract experience preferred
