Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our road construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the concrete and heavy civil industries, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including defining scope, budget, and resources
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to avoid delays
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during construction
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and procurement processes
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all parties involved
