What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership : Lead managers and engineers in designing, building, and maintaining core capabilities of Adobe Journey Optimizer's products. Lead the extension of these capabilities into the entire AJO experience orchestration domain.
• Strategic Leadership : Help make AI / ML an integral part of the AJO platform and heavily influences the growth of the product and the value realized by our customers. Partner with business collaborators to chart out the product vision and provide strong leadership to the engineering team to realize the vision, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define and Maintain Best Engineering Practices : Drive technical excellence, operational maturity, and code quality within your team. Stay up to date with emerging trends to ensure the organization always uses the best data, ML, and engineering practices.
• Operate at Scale : Oversee the operation of large-scale, globally distributed systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across enterprise environments.
• Talent Scouting and Training : Attract, recruit, hire, and develop a strong group with the right mix of skills to support AI / ML, data, and operational excellence needs. Work closely with teams and managers across AJO, in different geographies.

What You Need To Succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,700 $289,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
