The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative for our Customer Service Representative role in Longview, Texas . In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sources of revenue and managing relationships with Lonestar Service customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include :

• Drive new Service and Parts revenue within an assigned territory
• Meet sales targets by adding new accounts to maintenance programs and establishing maintenance plans for customers
• Prospect for new business, effectively managing sales leads, and securing new customer accounts by offering tailored solutions
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
• Conduct regular customer site visits and meet with new prospective customers
• Produce leads and opportunities for all Lonestar Forklift business units
• Tactfully and professionally negotiate with customers to close deals
• Track leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

The base pay for this role is $45,000 per year plus commission.

This is an onsite role based in Longview, Texas .
