Location : Travel-Based, must be willing to travel to various sites throughout the USA for on-site services at plants in the Data Center, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Mining, Cement, Metals, Agriculture, and Heavy Processing facilities. Approximate on-site facility time is 85-90%.

Job Description :

Novaline is seeking a Construction Manager with a strong background in industrial engineering and construction to join our dynamic team. This role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible to travel across the U.S. for projects, and demonstrates exceptional leadership in managing industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the successful execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and Novaline personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Lead project meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide constructability reviews during the design phase and support preconstruction planning.
• Coordinate the commissioning, start-up, and closeout process, including punch list management and turnover packages.
• Resolve field conflicts and challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
