Requirements / Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (All FOH Roles May Include) :

Deliver exceptional, genuine hospitality to every guest

Build menu and beverage knowledge to confidently guide guest experiences

Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Uphold Barley Creek service standards of speed, accuracy, and excellence

Contribute positively to team culture and guest satisfaction

Specific Role Highlights

Servers / Bartenders :

Provide personalized service, upsell menu features, craft cocktails, and build guest relationships

Responsible for accurate order entry, cash handling, and guest satisfaction

Hosts :

Create the first and last impression; manage flow of seating and guest communication

Bussers / Expos :

Support service operations by clearing, resetting, running food, and maintaining dining room flow

Ensure timely delivery and perfect presentation of dishes

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Passion for hospitality, food, and craft beverages

Willingness to learn and grow with us

Prior experience is a plus, but not required for the right individuals

Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol (where applicable)

Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Weekend and evening availability required
