This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients in inpatient or outpatient psychiatric settings, promoting mental wellness, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Patient Assessment and Care :

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including evaluating emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning.

Crisis Intervention :

Respond to psychiatric emergencies, such as suicidal ideation, aggressive behavior, or severe anxiety.

\n

\n
Therapeutic Communication and Support :

Establish trusting relationships with patients to facilitate open communication.
\n
\n
\n \n
\n
Collaboration and Coordination :
\n \n
Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Safety and Compliance :

Maintain a safe environment by following protocols for high-risk patients, including suicide precautions and restraint use.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
