Join our 12-bed unit caring for a diverse mix of ICU, PCU, and Med / Surg patients. Ratios are 2 : 1 for ICU and 4 : 1 for Med / Surg or PCU, supported by charge RNs, RNs, and PCTs. Documentation is completed in Meditech.

Requirements :

BLS & ACLS certifications

Med / Surg experience required

Equipment : Ventilators, specialty beds, and occasional CRRT.

Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts / week with at least 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks. Contract staff float first.

Personality Fit : Adaptable, team-oriented, and confident caring for mixed-acuity patients.
