Location : La Grande, OR Setting : Critical Access Hospital

Schedule : 4 10-hour shifts / week

Assignment Length : 3 6 months

Start Date : January 5, 2026

Call : 1 weekday / week + 1 weekend / month

EMR : Epic

Compensation :

Hourly Pay : $250 $260 / hr

️ Travel covered Housing provided (cannot bill if housing is accepted)

Case Mix & Skills :

Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB / GYN, occasional Endoscopy

No heads, hearts, or spines

Must be proficient in OB if taking call

Required Skills : Spinals, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC preferred but not required)

Requirements :

Active Oregon CRNA License

Board Certified

DEA preferred

COVID-19 Vaccine or approved exemption required
