We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team as Production Support. In this role, you will support production staff and Value Stream Leaders by coordinating daily production activities within assigned value stream cells, ensuring smooth workflow, capacity management, and proper skill utilization to meet on-time delivery and quality requirements. Responsibilities include working closely with shipping to support On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics and customer commitments, coordinating with purchasing to maintain adequate supplies and materials for production schedules, and collaborating with inspection teams and production staff to make necessary adjustments to parts to meet print specifications. Additionally, this role involves kitting parts for welding and handling problems as they arise to maintain consistent production output.
