Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Required Skills / Experience : Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Wide skill set required d / t variety of patient age and dx.

Required Credentials : Resume : Each employment history entry must include all the following : detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.

Shift & Scheduling : Weekend Requirement : 2 out of 6 weekend minimum requirement; may be asked to fill in as needed on additional weekends. If on straight nights / block scheduling it will be every other weekend.

Holiday Requirement : Yes, will consider RTO if given ahead of time.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
