A no-BS look at what we are looking for : diploma or GED required. Forklift cert in hand or earned before start. 6+ months of forklift work in a warehouse. Shipping, receiving, and RF scanning experience. Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach lifts. Follow warehouse safety and best practices. Read and follow work orders, labels, and sheets. Strong enough for 50 lbs and long shifts on your feet. Load, unload, and stack product fast and safely. Perform equipment checks and report problems. Team player who shows up ready.
