JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst provides advanced functional and technical leadership for Cleveland State's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment and integrated third-party applications supporting Student Services, including Financial Aid, Admissions, and Registration. This position ensures the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of systems that manage the student lifecycle. The analyst designs and maintains automation processes, integrates systems to streamline workflows, and supports compliance with institutional, state, and federal reporting requirements. Serving as a senior resource for technical guidance and data integrity, this role collaborates closely with campus departments, Information Technology, and external vendors to improve business processes and enhance the student experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS

enterprise systems administration, including :

o Five (5) years of professional experience using Banner (enterprise resource planning system).

o Two (2) years of direct supervision experience of individuals. Direct supervision consists of clear

authority over work assignments, performance evaluations, and overall job responsibilities.

Admissions, or Registrar, including :

o Five (5) years of professional experience using Banner (enterprise resource planning system).

o Two (2) years of direct supervision experience of individuals. Direct supervision consists of clear

authority over work assignments, performance evaluations, and overall job responsibilities.

Work activities routinely involve the use of personal computers, SQL (Structured Query Language)

JOB LOCATION

This role is an on-site position located on the main campus of Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee. Occasional travel to off-campus sites within the college's five-county service area may be needed. Additionally, there may be requirements for travel within the state or across the United States for training and conferences.
