• 24-hour on-call coverage with out-of-house arrangement
• 0-2 average admissions, most likely occurring on weekends
• Hospital-based inpatient and nursery services
• Required skills include newborn resuscitation and late preterm care
• One full day orientation provided prior to start
• Support includes pager consultation from clinic and ER
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
