Program Analyst (DAWA Support)

VetsEZ is seeking a Program Analyst to assist with activities related to the Data Collection Workbook Assistive Web Application (DAWA) in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. This role will work closely with and under the direction of the Senior Program Analyst (DAWA Superuser) to support scheduling, coordination, documentation, and user management activities during site transition and cutover events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with geographically dispersed teams.

This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with scheduling DAWA data collection sessions and coordinating logistics with VA site staff.
• Support DAWA user management, including tracking access requests, onboarding new users, and maintaining site rosters.
• Help organize and track site SMEs for DAWA orientation calls and ensure readiness for upcoming sessions.
• Attend DAWA sessions alongside the Senior Program Analyst to provide coordination, note-taking, and follow-up support.
• Contribute to maintaining DAWA documentation, including checklists, quick reference materials, and the DAWA Teams site.
• Assist in monitoring and responding to inquiries in the DAWA Teams Q&A channel.
• Review DAWA session recordings and extract key information to support Scheduling Q&A and lessons learned documents.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for DAWA weekly meetings, training calls, and internal coordination sessions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Program Analyst, program managers, and technical leads to ensure DAWA-related tasks align with program objectives and site cutover milestones.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
