The Perioperative Specialist will generate Hemodynamic Monitoring (HDM) sales from a portfolio of accounts in accordance with agreed targets and to maximize company profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create strategic business plans at the territory level by analyzing local data, conducting environmental scans, identifying key opportunities and risks, and developing targeted account and customer plans. Ensure execution is tracked and aligned with overall national objectives and strategies.
- Drive sales performance by maximizing meaningful, face-to-face customer interactions. Proactively identify, validate, and develop new sales opportunities through strategic customer mapping and by securing the necessary resources for successful execution.
- Engage with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to stay informed on the latest developments in HDM research, emerging trends, and competitive activity—positioning the company as a leading presence in the HDM space.
- Foster strong customer advocacy to support the recommendation and adoption of the company’s HDM products for appropriate patients.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of successful sales or related business development experience in the medical device industry.Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring is an advantage.
