Senior Resolution Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Specialist to manage complex claims and provide strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies

Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements

Document and communicate claim activity while coaching and mentoring lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

7 or more years of related claims experience with a proven track record at a senior adjuster level

Active adjusters' licenses in relevant states

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Experience with claims and business software
