We provide structure, compliance, and security so you can just  be  the therapist

Our clinics offer a unique blend of traditional therapy and innovative treatments like TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (esketamine), Medication management and Talk therapy.

Responsibilities :

Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.

Provide comprehensive, evidenced based psychotherapeutic interventions both in-person and via secure telehealth.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.

Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.

Qualifications :

Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling or Social Work

Active Clinical Mental Health License (LCSW or LPC) in adherence with state board requirements.

Previous experience working with evidence based modalities, interventions and treatment plan formulation.

Prior experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adult populations required.
