What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within a healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain an orderly environment.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity according to company and site-specific procedures.

Assist with access control and visitor management, ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures.

Support Allied Universal and healthcare facility staff in maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment for all individuals present at the location.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
