The Technician I position will be responsible for aiding value stream associates in maintaining lab cleanliness not only to team standards but to the standards of IDT as a company.

This position reports to the Supervisor for that shift, is part of the Commercial and Regulatory Practices value stream located in Coralville, IA and all work is performed on-site. Anticipated Schedule : Friday - Sunday, 7 : 00am - 7 : 30pm (weekend day)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Accurately use aids and work instructions to make decisions about proper production flow based on product type or services.

Use a variety of lab equipment to process products including maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Perform lab cleaning and decontamination protocols in accordance with work instructions and Maintenance Connection software.

The essential requirements of the job include :

High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

An associate degree or related education

Previous laboratory and chemical handling experience
